Please see attached and below, a letter from the
Cambodian
Center for Human Rights ("CCHR") to the Thai Prime Minister, Her
Excellency Yingluck Shinawatra, concerning the continual shooting to
death of Cambodian civilians in Thai territory and the lack of any
investigation into those cases.
