PHNOM PENH, 9th May 2013 (The Cambodia Herald) -- Currently, an
exiled Sam Rainsy, head of the National Rescue Party (NRP), is under
consideration by the NRP on the issue of whether or not to include him
in the candidate list to represent them in the Province of Kandal to
compete with Prime Minister Hun Sen.
