City Hall to meet with NRP’s representatives

PHNOM PENH, 19th April 2013 (The Cambodia Herald) -- Phnom Penh City Hall asked for a
meeting with the opposition party’s representatives over their plans for
next week’s protest on the election process.Long Dimanche,
