NRP to submit candidate list with Sam Rainsy's name [NEC officials said Sam Rainsy has been convicted of crimes, so he cannot stand for the election (well, he was convicted by a kangaroo court)]

PHNOM PENH, 8th May 2013 (The Cambodia Herald) -- The National
Rescue Party (NRP) is scheduled to send their candidate list to the
National Election Committee (NEC) this weekend.
The candidate list to be registered, so the NRP can compete in the general election, may also include the name of Sam Rainsy.
